A compact urban apartment in the heart of Rethymno, reimagined as a live-work loft. Structural concrete is left exposed alongside a raw steel shelving system that doubles as spatial partition and personal archive. A mesh-clad arch softens the transition between rooms, while warm timber and leather furnishings temper the industrial base palette. The result is a space that reads as both a home and a working studio — precise, unpretentious, and quietly expressive.
